Alicia Dick is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), educator, and consultant passionate about advancing mental health, equity, and well-being across human service systems. With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in trauma-informed care, organizational change, and empowering both individuals and teams to thrive. Alicia focuses on shifting the mindsets of leaders within to build collaboration, and relational health. Alicia is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Be Well Within, PLC and organization that focuses on the relational health of individuals and the collective community.
