From Inner Critic to Inner Coach: Understanding Shame vs Blame
This workshop offers a compassionate and practical look at the voices we carry within—especially the ones that speak the loudest when we’re struggling. By exploring the difference between shame and blame, participants learn how internal narratives shape behavior, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
Designed for anyone seeking healthier self-talk and stronger emotional awareness, this workshop equips you with tools to respond to challenges with clarity and compassion—starting from within.

Join us for Emotion Up Wednesdays, a four-week restorative series designed to help you better understand, express, and regulate emotions in a supportive, judgment-free space. Each week builds on the last, offering practical tools and guided conversations that make emotions feel less overwhelming and more manageable.
For the Men Who Want to Do Better: Honoring Mothers 101
Will be held in-person in Mountain Iron, MN
The first five people who register and attend will receive a Men Honoring Mothers shirt and a Tumbler for a Mom in your life. The sixth through the tenth person who registers and attends will receive a tumbler. Shirts will be ordered after May 2nd, 2026; items will be available for pickup in Mountain Iron. This workshop is built for men who want to show up with more intention, respect, and care for the mothers in their lives—partners, co-parents, grandmothers, sisters, friends, and the women who hold families together. Centered in a restorative approach, this session explores what meaningful support truly looks like and how everyday actions can strengthen connection and trust.
Restorative Leadership
Restorative Leadership is a transformative approach to leading people, teams, and communities with connection, accountability, and shared purpose at the center. This workshop introduces leaders—formal and informal—to the principles and practices that cultivate trust, strengthen relationships, and create environments where people feel valued and heard.

Using restorative practices and transformational programming, this session helps you understand what it truly means to build community—whether you’re doing it at home, at work, in your neighborhood, or within a group you care about.

This workshop focuses on strengthening intimate and long-term relationships through the lens of restorative practices. Whether you’re in a new relationship, a long-term partnership, or hoping to show up more intentionally for someone you love, this session offers practical tools to deepen connection, communication, and trust.

A Restorative Workshop on Intergenerational Trauma
Special Seasonal Session • Held right before Thanksgiving
As the holiday season approaches—when family dynamics, old wounds, and generational patterns often feel the most present—this workshop offers a restorative and grounding space to reflect, reset, and prepare with intention.
Inherited Wounds, Intentional Healing is designed for individuals who want to understand how intergenerational trauma shows up in their lives and how to begin breaking long-standing cycles. Using restorative practices, participants learn how to move from inherited pain toward clarity, compassion, and healthier connections.
Nurturing Self-Care
The first five people to register and attend will receive an insulated to tumbler after the circle; items will be available for pickup in Mountain Iron. Link to tumbler.
Nurturing Self-Care is a restorative, reflective circle designed to help participants reconnect with themselves and understand what true self-care looks like beyond buzzwords and quick fixes. Using restorative practices, this session offers a supportive space to slow down, listen inward, and build habits that honor your emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
