Jen Gigliotti is a physical therapist, entrepreneur, and community leader with nearly 14 years of clinical experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Movement Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

After relocating to Chisholm, Jen and her husband co-founded 30West Fitness & Recreation, a community-centered wellness hub, and later launched a bike shop serving the Redhead Mountain Bike Park. Jen is deeply passionate about physical therapy and empowering individuals to heal and thrive through movement. Her clinical experience spans orthopedics, neurology, and geriatrics across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings.

Jen is actively involved in community leadership, having served six years on the Chisholm Community Foundation and currently serving as Vice Chair of the Chisholm Parks and Recreation Board.  A dedicated mother of three, Jen is actively involved in her children’s education through leadership with the Chisholm Parent-Teacher-Student Association and is a proud advocate for local initiatives including the Chisholm Age-Friendly Initiative and the Chisholm Beautification Association.

Rooted in servant leadership, Jen lives by John F. Kennedy’s words: “Ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country.” She is passionate about empowering women and young leaders to lead with courage, integrity, and purpose, and to create meaningful, lasting impact within their communities.
