Kristeana Sasser

Kristeana is a native of Oak Grove, Louisiana, and a former Division I softball athlete at Louisiana State University. Her years as a D1 competitor shaped her discipline, resilience, and deep understanding of what it truly takes to perform at an elite level.

Beyond the softball field, Kristeana has continuously pushed her physical and mental limits. She has competed in bikini bodybuilding and trained extensively in martial arts, including Muay Thai — sharpening not only her strength and conditioning, but also her agility, mental toughness, and combat-ready discipline. Her diverse athletic background gives her a well-rounded perspective on performance, recovery, and mindset development.

For 15 years, Kristeana has served as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), bringing compassion, precision, and a deep understanding of the human body into her work. In 2019, she officially stepped into her passion for fitness by becoming a certified trainer. Since then, she has dedicated herself to helping others unlock their potential — emphasizing sustainable progress, injury prevention, and long-term health.

Kristeana believes in building lasting relationships with her clients and teams, guiding them every step of the way — from foundational habits to peak performance. Her coaching style blends accountability, encouragement, and lived experience.

She currently serves as the athletic trainer for the Minnesota Wilderness (NA3HL) and is honored to support veterans through the Heroes Program. Whether working with competitive athletes, first responders, veterans, or everyday individuals committed to growth, Kristeana’s mission is simple: build strength that lasts — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
