Nikki works with students, families, and staff at an elementary school in Virginia, Minnesota, supporting a positive and inclusive school culture. She brings a strong foundation in restorative justice and relationship-based practices, having facilitated and supported restorative justice circles while serving as a domestic violence advocate in Duluth, Minnesota. Nikki has completed multiple trainings in restorative practices and applies these approaches in her daily work to strengthen relationships and create environments where students and staff feel heard, valued, and supported.
