Noel Cordero, MAT, is a dedicated educator with over a decade of experience in the classroom and is currently entering her second year in educational leadership. Originally from Southern California, Noel moved to Minnesota in 2018, bringing with her a passion for equity, learning, and educational reform.

Her academic journey reflects her commitment to both personal growth and service to others. She holds an AS in Math and Natural Science and an AA in Psychology from Barstow Community College, a BA in Theology with a Minor in Psychology from California Baptist University, an MAT in Teaching from Bemidji State University, and an MA in English from National University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership (EdD), driven by a vision to influence educational policy at the state and federal levels.

Noel’s mission is to transform how education is structured and accessed, advocating for laws that prioritize student success and equity. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud and devoted mother of three, who inspire her every day.
