Inherited Wounds, Intentional Healing

Inherited Wounds, Intentional Healing

A Restorative Workshop on Intergenerational Trauma
Special Seasonal Session • Held right before Thanksgiving

Will be held in-person in Mountain Iron, MN

As the holiday season approaches—when family dynamics, old wounds, and generational patterns often feel the most present—this workshop offers a restorative and grounding space to reflect, reset, and prepare with intention.

Inherited Wounds, Intentional Healing is designed for individuals who want to understand how intergenerational trauma shows up in their lives and how to begin breaking long-standing cycles. Using restorative practices, participants learn how to move from inherited pain toward clarity, compassion, and healthier connections.

In this workshop, participants will explore:

  • What intergenerational trauma is and how it shapes families and communities

  • Restorative practices that support self-awareness and healing

  • How to respond to family triggers with curiosity rather than judgment

  • Tools for setting boundaries, repairing relationships, and staying grounded during the holidays

  • Ways to honor the past while choosing new patterns for the future

Offered just before Thanksgiving, this session provides meaningful preparation for the season ahead—helping you enter family spaces with more intention, resilience, and emotional safety.
