A Restorative Circle for Rebalancing and Renewal

Nurturing Self-Care is a restorative, reflective circle designed to help participants reconnect with themselves and understand what true self-care looks like beyond buzzwords and quick fixes. Using restorative practices, this session offers a supportive space to slow down, listen inward, and build habits that honor your emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Participants will explore:

  • How restorative practices can deepen self-awareness and self-compassion

  • The different types of self-care

  • Why self-care isn’t one-size-fits-all and how our needs shift over time

  • The concept of creating a “self-care smoothie”—blending different forms of care to meet what your whole self needs in the moment

  • Tools to identify what nourishes you and what drains you

Whether you’re feeling stretched thin, seeking balance, or wanting to show up more fully in your daily life, this circle provides gentle guidance and practical strategies to nurture yourself with intention.
