Join us for Emotion Up Wednesdays, a four-week restorative series designed to help you better understand, express, and regulate emotions in a supportive, judgment-free space. Each week builds on the last, offering practical tools and guided conversations that make emotions feel less overwhelming and more manageable.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • How to identify and name what you’re feeling

  • The connection between emotions, behavior, and communication

  • Effective strategies for emotional regulation

  • Restorative approaches to responding—not reacting—to challenges

Whether you’re looking to strengthen personal relationships, improve self-awareness, or simply create more calm in your daily life, this limited series offers meaningful, accessible practices you can begin using right away.
