The Myth of the Perfect Mom
You were never meant to do this alone
Motherhood is often measured against impossible standards—standards that leave many moms feeling like they’re failing, falling short, or carrying too much in silence. This one-time, in-person circle is a space to pause, breathe, and be real.
The Myth of the Perfect Mom is a restorative circle created for mothers to connect honestly, release pressure, and remember they are not alone. Together, we’ll gently unpack the expectations placed on moms, name the shame and isolation they create, and make room for validation, connection, and relief—without judgment, fixing, or comparison.
This circle is not about having the answers. It’s about being seen, heard, and supported exactly as you are.
