Inherited Wounds, Intentional Healing

Special Seasonal Session • Held Before Thanksgiving

As the holiday season approaches, family dynamics and long-standing patterns of intergenerational trauma can feel especially present. This three-hour professional workshop offers a restorative and reflective space to explore these dynamics, reset, and engage with intentional strategies for healing and resilience.

Inherited Wounds, Intentional Healing is designed for professionals who want to understand how intergenerational trauma manifests in individuals, families, and communities, and how restorative practices can help break long-standing cycles. Participants will learn to move from inherited patterns of pain toward clarity, compassion, and healthier connections.

In this session, participants will explore:

  • The nature of intergenerational trauma and its impact on families, teams, and communities

  • Restorative practices that support self-awareness, reflection, and healing

  • Strategies for responding to triggers with curiosity and nonjudgment

  • Practical tools for setting boundaries, repairing relationships, and fostering emotional safety

  • Ways to honor the past while intentionally creating new patterns for the future

This pre-Thanksgiving session equips professionals to approach family and organizational dynamics with greater intention, resilience, and emotional presence—empowering themselves and others to navigate challenging interactions with insight and care.
